Welcome to Strata Weaver. By signing up for our Waitlist, you agree to these Terms. This website is currently a landing page for product validation and pre-launch interest collection.
2. Nature of the Service
Strata Weaver is currently in development. Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the software. Access will be granted when the service will be launched.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Strata Weaver and is protected by international copyright laws.
4. Founder Offer
The 'Founder Offer' mentioned on the landing page is a promotional offer reserved for the first users who subscribe to a paid plan once the service launches. Being on the waitlist gives you priority notification but does not guarantee you will secure one of these spots.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Spain. Strata Weaver and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
